ここ数年日本全国、特に山梨県内には多くのヘアサロンがオープンし
ヘアファッションビジネスは厳しい状況にあります。
皆様もご自宅からGALAまでお越しいただく間に
いくつものサロンを素通りしてご来店いただいていることでしょう。
それにもかかわらず昨年同様多くの方々にご利用いただき
スタッフ一同本当に感謝いたします。
今年は退職や休職したものがおりお客様には
ご迷惑をおかけしてしまったかと思い、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
春にはスタッフを増やしさらにゆったりお過ごしいただけるよう
改善いたしますので、来年も引き続き皆様のご利用を心からお待ちしております。
年末は大晦日12：30PMまでパーマ、カラー、2:00PMまでカットの受付をいたします。
新年は三日11:00AMから営業いたします。

Many of you may be having a relaxing time at home.
We thank you very much indeed for supporting GALA in spite of increasing of number of new hair salons nation wide and especially in Yamanashi.
We would imagine you had passed so many salons on the way to our salon from your home.
We must apologize uncomfortable atmosphere you might experienced sometime this year due to shortage of our staff.
However new staff will join us next year to offer you more pleasant services.
We will be open on new years eve and reopen on the 3rd at 11:00AM.
